One of my relations struggled to get an appointment ,after nearly begging the receptionist she got to see a GP who was lovely.The receptionist insisted she wear a mask and the chairs were far apart ,why is this even at Kings Mill you re not asked to wear a mask.Can t believe this no other G P practice in the area is still doing this.It s a good practice generally even though still struggle to get an appointment.
Suggested improvements
Ditch the restrictions I think it will put patients off no one wants restrictions after all this time,
