I am a newly registered patient and have been in several times. I have always been plesently surprised by how easy it is to get appointments and love the telephone consultations as it saves me time as I don't need to leave work.
The two doctors I have seen have both been very caring and empathetic, made me feel like a human rather than a number. Both listened to my concerns/needs and went out of their way to help resolve them.
I would highly recomend this practice to anyone.
