The doctors have always given great care, as have the nurses. My biggest problem has been booking appointments. It is frustrating that I cannot book for the next day but have to ring up at 8:30am on the day - right as I am trying to get four children out the door to school. The doctors have always phoned me back when the surgery is triaging so that is good.

Thank you for offering feedback to us. We do our best offering appointments and as you say do offer a triage telephone system to support the appointments systems and we are continually looking at ways of addressing this. Thank you for your understanding
