I have been a patient a while now so i have seen some changes. The reception staff are always friendly on arrival and departure. The Doctors are very friendly and always make me feel relaxed and not rushed.
The new Sister is lovely she always runs to time and makes you feel special like you are the only patient that matters and she is so friendly and listens.
The pharmacy ladies always get your medicines really quick and the new practice manager has a presence about the surgery which is nice to see.
I feel everyone is like a family and as a patient im honoured to be part of it thank you.
