Doctors should not sit yawning whilst you are seeing them find it really rude
Being closed half day is an inconvenience how can a surgery run on four and a half days
Classical music in waiting room is not everybody's cup of tea, feel like your sitting in a morgue
Nurses need retraining on how to take bloods, if they cannot do it don't blame the patient like its there fault
Trying to get an appointment is a pain, as is book on the day and trying to get through on the phone

Thank you for your very honest feedback. We have decided to remove the radio from the waiting room as music choice is such a personal preference and makes it difficult to find this suitable for all. I am sorry that you are not happy with the surgery for many reasons. These comments will be discussed at our meetings.
