I have had severe throat pain/infections/tonsil problems for 3 years now, during this time i have attended this surgery more than 10 times. They have referred me over and over again apparently to specialists but i have never heard from them for an appointnent or received and helpful advice or treatment. and on three occasions i have had to correct my contact details as they were updated by the surgery incorrectly. Absolutely disgusting service, shocking! I could have throat cancer and they wouldnt even know....
