The telephone system has been improved a lot and it is easier to get through to the friendly and helpful receptionists.
I have not seen a doctor face to face since the start of the pandemic but I have had several good online appointments, without any delays.
I either had a prescription for medicine which quickly dealt with my problems, or hospital appointments which confirmed that the doctor's diagnoses were correct.
