I have had to call the surgery on a couple of occasions because I am caring for my elderly parents who are registered at Old Mill. The receptionists are exceptional... so friendly, obliging and helpful. On the occasion I needed to speak to a doctor I received a call back within 15 minutes. The doctor was understanding and helpful resolving my 'issue' without hesitation or need for a fuss. It is reassuring to know that my parent's needs are so well catered for by such a wonderful team.

The girls on reception are fantastic they have a very brave job of looking after not only the patents but also the surgery cant thank you enough your all very brave and I thank you all for all the support in this very scary time you have been very kind and very help please do take care and stay safe always The doctors at this surgery have changed over the years as iv been with you over 20yrs now but must say I have always been treated with dignity and care your all fantastic

I have used this surgery for 30 years now and don’t believe I would get such good service anywhere else. My whole family has used the surgery over the years but now it’s just me left. I see the doctor regularly due to a chronic condition and can’t fault the advice , medication and professionalism of the doctors. The new doctors have a very different laid back approachable manner and are easy to engage with. I also see the nurses for regular check ups and they are always so happy and eager to offer help. I use the online service for repeat prescriptions which is easy to use and makes it easier to order a repeat at any time of day notjust in surgery hours. The practice staff are always happy to help you with any queries and are pleasant on arrival. I understand that others are not always happy with the service that our GPs surgeries offer but I cannot fault this practice and would urge anyone to use it and realise how good the services they offer are.

Very difficult to make an appointment over the phone. It's constantly engaged. The waiting time for an appointment is 3-4 weeks. Although if you need an emergency appointment they are very good qt getting you in.

I was unable to access an appointment at my own practice, this is my husbands practice and they saw me as an emergency, the care was really impressive
