The nurse practitioner (Jo) is very rude, belittling saying ‘for goodness sake, how many appointments have you had? Ridiculous’ as someone with a disability it is very hard to not let that experience affect you. She also accuses me of not having conditions I have been diagnosed with, very impatient, angry and I left in despair. A poor representation of the nursing profession.
