The staff are great, but the appointment availability is not fit for purpose.The addition of loud music was not a welcome addition this morning.

The Dr's at the surgery are all exceptionally good. However, it can be quite frustrating not to be able to get an appointment with your chosen/usual Dr and to have to come back multiple times to get vaccinations, blood tests and Dr's appointments, as these could not be arranged one after another.

Everyone at the Old Cottage Surgery go out of their way to be helpful they are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Dr. Bunn is always very thorough. He has a kind and thoughtful approach that makes me feel at ease. He is great with my toddler and very patient. Would highly recommend.
