Seemed like a nightmare even speak to the reception on phone (and i didn't ring early in the morning, rather mid day). Rang 4 times between 1.30 and 3.30 and held for an average of 10 minutes each time but got no where. I believe that if I were unemployed, sitting at home and kept on holding for 15-20 minutes someone might have picked the phone.

I am very happy with the Doctor I see, and was with the previous one. I have felt very grateful to them in the past. The receptions are friendly, But now it is impossible to get an answer when you wish to make an appointment. I have wasted a whole hour today trying to get through. I find this unacceptable. It just doesn't make sense. The only way to get an appointment is to go to the surgery and if you are unwell how does that work.

The surgery and Doctors are amazing however they need to work on their receptionists and holding times. A lot of times I am on hold for long periods of time over 10 minutes just to talk to them (throughout the day). If they need an additional receptionist this should be allowed for.

It's impossible to get through on the phone - the hold music is awful and they tell you to come and share your views about their service on this website...so I am. Absolutely appalling - no-one picks the phone up after 15 mins of hold music 3 times. I will have to walk round to the surgery...fine if you're well enough to do so. The doctors are all great in my experience if you can get to see them
