I have been trying to get an appointment for the last three hours and all I get is put on hold and they play some absolute rubbish music this is an absolute joke i’m not ringing for the fun of it this needs to be sorted asap

The service is brilliant and the doctors are wonderful. It is all totally let down by the appointment booking system. If you want an appointment today don't bother calling at 8am you wont get though until all the appointments are gone. You have to be waiting at the door by 7.45 to join the queue for appointments. This is not very easy if you are actually very ill!
I am guessing the government targets are responsible for this and most practices having to work the system rather than operate a sensible policy that they can manage themselves responding to to local need. After all it is about people and not targets.
Never the less thank you for the brilliant work you do!

Phone takes about 15-20 minutes to answer every time we try to call.

The Doctors in the main are great. The chronic problem here is the administration !
This morning I speand 19 Minutes on hold waiting to get through to make an appointment and then when I did the person on the other end was rushed and as a result I didnt get the opotunity to ask all my questions, once the appointment was made I was put off the phone.

More telephone receptionists to take bookings
I use old cottage on a regular basis and the majority of GP's are very good. Dr Hadid on the other hand Appears abrupt and insensitive and appears to not actually care . It almost seems like he feels he's doing you a favour by seeing you and for doing his job. My wife has found the same thing. I hope not to get him again .
