I have a list of health conditions that are being swept under the carpet . I have needed to see someone and get a referral for a year now and still they do not wish to co operate. The surgery has gone down hill. I need to move to a different practice as they do not care about their patients here anymore

Given me an appointment instead of letting me suffer . Either face to face or even over the phone to start off with

For the first time, I have received disgusting treatment from my doctor. On the week I was due to put my script in I became really poorly and couldn’t get to the surgery. Subsequently I ran out of all my important medication. After explaining this, now on 3 days in a row, stating I was in excruciating pain and cannot sleep he won’t issue my medication until after a medication review which is a week later. Basically I’m being told to suffer in pain, totally unethical. I have had a very long term debilitating illness for 20years now, always getting my necessary medication on time, but now I’m being told I must suffer and shut up. Do not register with this practice!!!!
