Until recently, it has been easy to contact the surgery and obtain information, get an appointment or order repeat prescriptions. However, since the new call centre was introduced, things have been more difficult.
Putting the above aside, I would certainly recommend this practice: the GPs are excellent - or at least the ones I have seen: Dr Chakrabarty, Dr Stanley, Dr Slater - and I understand that others are too, such as Dr Khanna.
The reception staff are excellent: helpful, knowledgable and will endeavour to help with whatever the problem is.
