All the receptionist / Nures are very good they go out of there way to help you, always polite in person or over the phone.
The only service that can be improved is the out of hours service 111, This service is not good enough. The out of hours at DRI were you can see a GP anytime is fare superior. This is the only service that lets this practise down.
