Their appointment system is poor and it's difficult to get to see a good GP. It always feels like the practice is run in the interests and convenience of the staff rather than the patients. They have a number of in my view poor GPs who few people want to see so it's always a bit of a battle with the receptionists to get to see someone whom is proactive and effective. Some of the receptionists couldn't be more helpful. One in particular is very rude and unhelpful. The fact that this person has never been dealt with reflects badly on the surgery.
