One of the worst surgery in Somerset. I called this morning around 8 30 for an appointment. Explain to the receptionist how poorly I am. I have been told the message she will email to Gp. Until 4 pm nothing I heard, so called back, the receptionist informed me that the Gp not yet revealed the mail, usually it takes up to 48 hours. Think about if someone struggling with chest infection or UTI to wait for 48 hours they will become mental.This is not first time happening.Are you guys think that, we are calling to surgery for fun/we have no other things to do?. Please consider I am your patients more over I am a human being.If any one in your family poorly do you ignore? Please consider your patients are one of your family members, we have lots of hope with our Gp that they could treat our illnesses and we will get well soon.

Suggested improvements
If you have not enough staff, please appoint new Gp or nurses practitioner. Please be kind to you patient.
