I just want to have my throat looked at. I have a lump or flap or something that is stopping me breathing talking and singing. As a singer as my job these are important. I feel the receptionists don’t want to do any work and pass the buck. If you physically can’t give me an appointment then open up ask my GP For longer than 3 hours early in the morning. !

Allow me to book an appointment without having to disturb my sleep, go online l, file a request l, wait for a response, it’s all a farce
