Reception staff are polite and friendly. This surgery keeps me healthy and happy. Nice and warm. Clean. Would like disposable hand towels in toilet.

Time keeping could be improved. Ability to book nurse appointments on time would be a great help. Almost impossible to get through on phone.

Should be easier to see your own doctor at your nearest surgery. Our doctor is very good but it's always a struggle to get to see him.
