Since the merger, it has become much more difficult to get an appointment even when using the online system. Not withstanding that, the medical and admin staff have worked really hard to do their best to provide a workable system for all.
I have been a patient at the practice for almost 20 years and there have been many changes. However, I have always found the support medical and admin staff particularly helpful and supportive.
Although of late it has become much more difficult to obtain continuity of care for a Iong standing physical problem, I have still managed to see Dr Kirstie Lashbrooke even though she only works at Oaklands on Fridays. I can not fault her care. She is an excellent listener who tries always to provide the best treatment possible both medically and in the interests of the individual patient.
