My partner has been ill for nearly a month, so he went in to the surgery 10.30am to book an appointment that would be convenient to them, and was told he could not make an appointment with the receptionist at the desk, but to ring the next morning at 8am? Not sure way she could not book an appointment face to face? She told him if he rang that next morning he would been seen that next day. So he rang the next morning, 8am, like instructed, was in the phone queue for 10 minutes, so this is only 8.10am, the same receptionist answered that he saw and spoke to the previous day, that had told him to ring, for her to tell him all appointments had gone and no appointments would be available until 2 weeks time!!?? How does this place stay open and not get closed down and struck off, it is a complete mystery, as this is not a one off, this is experienced all the time by everyone that is registered here!?
