Norwood needs more appointment and less time waiting on phone. Phoning at 8 am in the morning is not good when you have a baby? I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for my 3 wk old baby to be seen? and a month for myself? Reception staff need more training/ they have forgotten to pass messages on and have questioned me when I said it was urgent! On a good note Jean on reception is great, they should take training from her!
