I have had excellent help and support from Meera on reception. She has been friendly and efficient and has gone the extra mile. This level of help and support makes a huge difference to us patients Thank you.

I have Mobility problems and Anxiety always gets in the way of me contacting the Dr. I am grateful this surgery has so many dedicated staff that are pleasant and make me feel at ease.

I have always had good service from the surgery, every time I ring I get through, not immediately sometimes but not horrendous. My Dr is Dr Titterton and it has always been a good experience.
The receptionists have been good and friendly.

It can be a struggle to get an appointment despite calling at 8am. I'm always 10-15 in the queue. However, reception staff are always accomodating and will try to help.

It is almost impossible to get appointments booked in advance in under a week. Receptionists don't bother to tell patients when the clinic is running very late. Difficult to get through on the telephone. GPs especially dismissive of young (in their 20s) female patients health concerns.
