Firstly I would like to thank Jenny on reception. She checked me in, and after mentioning to her about the flu jab, suggested that I ask the doctor when I see her to see if she could administer it for me. Unfortunately she couldn't, but then Jenny went out of her way to see if any of the nurses were available to give me the injection instead (as I was there, and to save making another appointment). I then saw Sheree, who, despite me not officially being booked in for the flu jab, was extremely helpful, and offered to give me the injection there and then.
