This is the practice which everyone used to praise in Shoreham. But murmurings of discontent are getting slowly louder. As a previous poster said, they just 'stir the pot' endlessly. Half hearted consultations, followed by lengthy referrals which they know will basically get you nowhere. And woe betide you if you ask any tricky questions! Constraints on the NHS are really no excuse for treating patients like fools.

We are so sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do endeavour to treat all our patients with respect and certainly never like fools. The GPs here would be saddened to think a patient considered their consultation to be half-hearted.
