I am always impressed by the service at northbourne, especially over the last year. Despite what I imagine has been a lot of negativity and stress, staff are always polite and helpful when I call or attend. Everything is run very efficiently and my son is always made to feel comfortable during appointments and vaccinations. I have also appreciated the introduction of the Econsult service which makes it easier to get help with non urgent issues.
