The worst hospital me and my family have had to use over the years bar none. From the treatment of my fathers vascular dementia and parkinsons, to my mother's atrial fribulation. Admin errors a plenty, informed of certain dates on appointments, cancelled operations on 2 occasions for my mother's hysterectomy. The overall care disgusts me and I am livid in particular of the pathetic professionalism of the parkinson's specialist, which caused uncertainty as to whether my father had parkinson's or not. Without a doubt, it is a shambles from an admin point of view to the extent dates were not met, my mother turning up (in her frail condition) for appointments, to be told that a mistake was made and appointment had been cancelled. This is just the tip of the iceberg, as historically this hospital is dire. If my brother and i had documented everything as it happened (believe you me, an awful lot of discrepancies have occurred), this hospital would be undermined and scrutinised much more severely.
