I am giving the answers which I am giving in the hope that this will allow you to improve in the future. Attempting to get an appointment with the doctors is like someone trying to win the lottery.

Suggested improvements
The staff need to be trained in how they communicate with people they give off an incredibly condescending aura and are extremely argumentative. The alternative is that they are replaced entirely. In one particular incident I had called and after picking up the staff pretended that they could not hear me despite the fact that I had said "hello" on several occasions and despite the fact that I could clearly hear them communicating with other people in the background after this they had promptly hanged up and acted as if they could not hear me.
