The surgery is easy to contact by phone. I have not waited more than a couple of minutes to speak to someone. I order my repeat prescriptions online and collect the medication from the on site pharmacy. It is easy to park because there is a practice car park. I need annual blood tests and a doctor's appointment to review results and medication. The receptionist arranged the blood test appointment for me and I was able to make a doctor's appointment using the online system. Text reminders are issued. Separately at the Brockham surgery I was offered advice regarding travel vaccinations and the course of treatments were organised very efficiently within a short timescale. The practice nurse also dispensed a flu jab at the same time! She advised that the malaria tablets could be purchased more cheaply elsewhere.
