On calling surgery to get results I found receptionist answering the call very rude and unhelpful. I was given results that had been recieved and when i requested an appointment to discuss them with the Dr was informed that I didn't need an appointment for another six months as my results were all fine ,when it insisted on an appointment with my doctor I was told it would be at least two months.I then asked for a phone consultation and was told it would not be until Friday between one thirty and two thirty It is now MOnday........... Still waiting! Because I have been feeling so unwell I have now gone to Bupa and had to pay to gain some peace of mind and shall be moving to a new practice as soon as possible. I say to anyone phoning said receptionist at NEwbyres surgery Good Luck you going to need it.
