Reception staff are rude and unhelpful creating a barrier to receiving care. Only emergency appointments are available and for anything non emergency you will be unable to get an appointment unless you are physically able to walk into the surgery at opening time to claim any appointments opened for the following month. Doctors only seem to have the capacity to deal with immediate issues and do not follow up on anything that is ongoing.
