Share review of New Road Surgery

My husband came in to Surgery this morning to collect prescription and found the receptionist in the foyer particularly rude and sharp in her manner - and this is not the first time. This manner is not acceptable when front line staff - or at all for that matter - but we always find other Staff lovely at all times and very helpful. Maybe this Staff Member needs some customer care training !
