Drs are generally good but it's getting past the absolutely useless receptionists that's the problem! IF they can be bothered to answer the phone, they don't listen to a word you say and almost never do what they've said they'll do i.e arranging a call back etc. On more than 3 occasions I've given them my new phone number and after chasing up my call back, they 'apologized' for writing my number down wrong!!! Oh, and they also told me that Morphine (that I have hourly) is NOT on their 'list as a 'priority medication'!!!!!!
