Worst doctors I've ever had. I joined the surgery after moving to the area and have been with them for a year now. Despite having mental and physical health conditions I've managed to see a doctor 3 times 1 of which the doctor actually went out to do someone's COVID jab during the appointment. I've had doctors be rude over the phone saying I'm adding to there stress because I couldn't cope with the pain I was in and when I went in because my vision kept going and I was getting crippling headaches the doctor said "well you don't need a doctor do you, you need an option" Thankfully the options where much nicer listed to what was happening and referred me straight to the hospital. I've now been diagnosed with IIH. I've had them refuse to give me medication the hospital put me on even after showing them my discharge papers with the medication named on it. They've accused me of taking more of my pain killers than prescribed because I asked for them a week early as we was going on holiday for 2 weeks and just this week they refused to give me the antipsychotic medication prescribed by the mental health team because they had only had the paperwork for 10 days so it wasn't on the system yet. I am leaving the surgery now because I want some care let alone great care. There is one lovely receptionist unfortunately I don't know her name but she always does everything she can to help

Suggested improvements
You could and should have done everything better! 1: you could have more than 2 doctors on site 2: Doctors could actually care why your there 3: If doctors are doing phone appointments they should have an idea of who they are talking to and how there manner can effect people. 4: There should be a queueing system on the phone so you know where your at. 5: why are doctors getting angry with patients for having emergency appointments when an emergency appointments are all that are available. 6: why when I ring for an appointment can I not get one other than an emergency same day appointment but when the GP told me to make another appointment for a week's time there were several available. 7: why when there's at least five ladies working behind reception is paperwork taking so long to file and put on the system.
