Worst surgery I ever had poor call back service even after 3 years the doctors still claim they do not have my house number which I have given them time and time again. Call back hours later and if you miss the call they do not call you back. So you have to call the receptionist again who many I have spoken to are very unhelpful and rude. Have missed many opportunities in the last 3 years of living in Newquay of seeing a doctor because of this poor service. It is a disservice to Newquay
