So impressed - went in with one of my children for a routine appointment, whilst there thought I would try and make one for my husband and other child (routine) - as receptionists need to actively signpost, I was asked the right questions, signposted to physio for my husband - appointment offered for next day and routine non-urgent appointment offered outside of school hours for my child! All perfect and easy! Lovely friendly receptionist.

Perhaps some more suitable chairs in waiting area - looking tired and not all are wipeable.
