I was deeply saddened to read a report in our local newspaper recently regarding Jordan surgery. Our surgery has over previous years years been top-graded. It appears to me that in helping another surgery (( the closure of Penalverne surgery) whereby taking on another 5,000 patients plus their staff has possibly caused a lot of reorganizing within house. However as a patient of some 40 years I feel that this action Is detremental to our surgery. They should consider the workload to be undertaken in such a short time. Dr Armstrong and partners have worked diligently for the care of both my husband and I, for which I am extremely grateful. Well done also to the nurses, receptionists, office staff and pharmacy who have been kind and helpful. This excellent service should not be subjected to disciplinary action.
