I have only been with this surgery for several months now & I don’t like the way it is run plus I’m don’t like the main Dr. at this surgery. They have an antiquated way for prescriptions considering the pharmacy is in the reception area you can order repeat prescriptions on-line then go to the surgery to collect the prescription, walk TWO meters then hand it to the pharmacy. WHY on earth can’t it go straight to the pharmacy who are in the reception area????? Tried to make an appointment on-line to see the Dr., nothing until SEVEN DAYS from today 18 Oct. 18 which will be 25 Oct. 18 then tried to phone for an appointment had to enter my DOB & phone number after which the auto system said, “it does not recognise me”. Phones a second time & this time I entered my mobile phone number & I think it recognise me, but the auto system said, “thank you for calling, good bye” & I was cut off. Phoned for the 3rd time still did not get anywhere then phoned for the fourth time & I decided to press 0 for the operator. I was now on hold for over TEN MINUETS & just gave up. So, would I recommend this surgery NO WAY! I am now looking to find a new Dr’s surgery ASAP.
