I am writing this review to share with others about how disgusted I am about this practice. The receptionist is an absolute disgrace and would not give me her name and then put the phone down on me. I have been trying to make an appointment to see my own doctor for a month now, and I keep gettin past pillar to post and sent everywhere else or told there are no appointments at all all week. I recently had an injury to my foot and was told by the hospital to see my gp, I have tryed and tryed to get to see my gp but cannot get an appointment. I've rang more than ten times now and I've had the phone put down on me by the receptionist or I have been sent to longton cottage hospital or Haywood walkin centre. The receptionist was rude, snobbish, and above all made me feel degraded stressed and depressed. She was completely none helpful, kept putting me on hold, then eventually hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
