I have been a patient at this practice since 1974 and my current GP is the son of my previous GP. I like that sense of continuity. At one point there seemed to be a rapid turnaround of GPs (not sure why) but it seems to have settled down now. I like the online appointment system which enables me to book a long time in advance to fit in with my schedule. It's very convenient. I am texted the day before to remind me of my appointment. The practice building is very small and there are some steepish steps to some of the GPs' surgeries though there are surgeries on the ground floor as well. The waiting room is very small but I don't mind that. The GP came out of his office to fetch me, rather than summon me via a buzzer. There is a (small) health leaflet dispenser and I took a couple of leaflets to read later. The practice nurse remembers me and is very understanding. The waiting room has an online check-in screen so you don't have to see a receptionist (unless you want to). The practice appears to have redesigned their website very recently. There is only one male GP in the practice at present. The flu jab system is extremely efficient - a production line. My last few appointments have been on time. The GP I've been seeing is very understanding and a good listener.
