I despair of this place, staff are rude and dismissive from receptionists to the GP, not once has my opinion been taken into account only for me to be proven right by staff at the walk in centre. Referrals to hospital services is almost unheard of when In my case it's been very much needed. If you want an appointment you'll need to book at least 3 weeks in advance, and the repeat prescription service I can only describe as a complete waste of time. Oh and if you want to book via telephone be prepared to be on the line for at least 20 minutes. Only plus is the treatment room staff are lovely, but that is the one and only nice thing about this place. Save yourself the hassle, don't bother!
