You just can't get an appointment in any reasonable timescale, either by econsult ( which if actually actioned ) or by telephone whenever it's answered.

Suggested improvements
It's so difficult to actually get any appointment, be unbelievable if you actually get to see a doctor, usually just the nurse practitioner who is limited in what they can do. The surgery has been going downhill fast in the last 3 years. Even replies to eConsult would be good, if patients take the time to fill out the form it's just curtious to reply and in a timely manner.
