I rang the surgery for an appointment on Wednesday 13tg April 2022 only to be told they had all been allocated by the time I got through which was 09:15 after trying since 08:00
The receptionist made me an appointment for the 25th April but said if I needed to be seen earlier it maybe worth me visiting the surgery first thing in the morning to make an appointment in person SO on Thursday 14th April I travelled across Reading to the surgery for 08:00 ,only to be told all the doctors had covid and there were no appointments until after Easter ??!! One wasted journey across town feeling unwell ....

The receptionist must have known on the Wednesday that all the doctors had covid do why she suggested I visited the surgery in person is baffling to me ????
