I came to see Dr Sharland feeling incredibly low and was treated with the utmost kindness and patience, this level of attention these days is hard to find and practically unheard of! If I could give more stars I would to Millway Medical Centre and ALL their staff… Not only are they a superb medical centre but to be excellent consistently is not an easy task! The doctors and and all their staff go above and beyond for their patients, when one gets this level of service it is deserving of praise! WELL DONE Millway Medical Centre!

Linda Receptionist We would like to record our thanks for the very professional way in which Linda always handles our queries etc. However what is very important is she has the ability to make us feel a person not a number. Incredibly unhelpful and uncaring. Never seem to care about the patient. Difficult to get hold of too.

Spoke to Marina today trying to get an appointment ,managed to get one in 2 weeks time , totally rude person ,would not listen and kept taking over me ,no people skills at all , not helpful at all

Clean & efficient & they also offer electronic access to patient notes. Very good at diagnosing issues. All staff, reception & Drs were very courteous & down to earth. Phone consultations were also available if routine appointments werent available. Younger family members also felt comfortable with staff
