Second time of trying to get help with getting a diagnosis & appt from hospital . Was told I was one of 30,000 patients Very unhelpful would not even get doctor to phone. So much for the NHS is here for you. No, you’re on your own so disappointing.

Suggested improvements
Acted and not kept to your script . All I needed was to speak to a GP . Whilst I understand Covid restrictions the shutters and push back constantly received is worrying.
