Difficult to get an appointment on the day

Change the greeting on the phone. It seems the patients are being blamed for the lack of appointments.

On this occasion received a good service when i rang for an appointment. Details given to receptionist and a doctor phone within an hour and prescribed antibiotics which i collected from the pharmacy so satisfied with this service given
