Rang surgery as I had not had a callback from the GP as promised the previous day. No callback slots were available, so I now have to wait around two weeks for a callback for some help. Not good at all.

You could have apologised and tried to help more.

I think taking swabs was the most difficult thing to do. I think it is best that a health professional should help and support in taking swabs. I did it myself as I am a health care professional, but in the capacity of a patient/client, it is best that another health professional takes swabs

I was seen on time and the nurse was friendly and efficient. I did not have to make the appointment it was a routine blood test which was arranged.

Not for me personally on this occasion but sometimes it is difficult to get through on the phone.

The GP was ringing after a month as she had promised to.

Nothing. Excellent service.

I had a call back on the same day. This was adequate for my needs

I feel a face 2 face consultation might sometimes be appropriate, but this didn't seem to be an option. I was fine with a telephone call but wonder when fo patients get offered a F2F
