Pleasant conversation with the lovely receptionist, who then spoke with GP. Receptionist then rang me back, she had arranged a call back with a GP, who then contacted me within the hour. Thorough telephone assessment with a very pleasant GP, all relevant questions asked and answered. Prescription sent promptly to pharmacy and collected about an hour later. Fantastic service!
Dr Wong explained everything very clearly to Keith and myself, using words that Keith understood.
Keith makes appointment by calling into the surgery, he's not good with the automated message method.
Surgery always helpful & accommodating. Respond to my request in a timely manner.
Polite and professional reception team, followed by a timely telephone appointment with the GP.
I have suffered 2 seizures in the past year resulting in trips to A&E on both occasions. I have had 2 neurological consultations, 1 private and 1 NHS. The NHS consultant recommended that I have either an X-ray or MRI scan on my my back, which was an injury I sustained when I had my second seizure. I was told by the consultant that she would recommend a referral by my GP. My GP has chosen not to refer me, recommending that I attend a physio appointment first. I explained that I have undergone 6 months private Physiotherapy treatment already, but am still having, sometimes chronic, back pain. My fear is that I may have sustained an injury to my back that still goes undetected, because I have not yet had the relevant tests.
