Had to wait quite a while to get the appointment. When we finally got the call the doctor actually needed to see Ruby so another day had passed. Once Ruby did see the doctor he was very professional and understood the needs of my daughter.

Give Face to face appointment instead of having to wait ages for a telephone call!!!!
