Took 3 weeks until I could see a doctor at my own surgery and when I saw him he told me I would have to wait for my tennis elbow to heal itself, I have been suffering in pain for over 2 years so I don’t think it will heal itself if anything it is getting worse, he said they don’t give cortisone injections for tennis elbow and he wasn’t even sure if I could have physiotherapy, I feel totally let down and will have to go on suffering and having sleepless nights.

I feel totally let down and have had no help at all, I don’t think the doctor realised how depressed I have got because of the pain and how much it is affecting my life, I was just told I would have to put up with it, he didn’t even look at my elbow. I have to use hand tools in my everyday job which makes the pain worse but the doctor didn’t seem bothered or know what to do, my appointment lasted only 4 minutes then I was ushered out.
